• <br />0 <br />C. Imposes a monetary penalty in accordance with Chapter 1.20 EMC (typically <br />$500 per violation); and <br />D. Authorizes the City to enter the property, correct the violations, and to <br />assess the costs of the corrections, as permitted by law. <br />The City will make the Proposed Order available to the Respondent one business day <br />prior to the hearing.
