r... <br />v :woo <br />�. <br />Cascade Coffee Exterior Equipment <br />Foundation Design <br />Project # 2150149.20 <br />Project Manager Steve Sandhorst, PE, SE <br />Project Engineer Andrea Sauter, PE, SE <br />Design Criteria Based on the 2012 International Building Code <br />c sC)S7�i- <br />Project Description <br />The following structural calculations are for a concrete foundation slab to support new coffee <br />processing equipment that will be installed exterior to an existing warehouse in Everett, WA. <br />The foundation system consists of an 18" thick mat slab reinforced with #6 bars at 12-inches on <br />center top and bottom. Equipment design is by others, and weights and anchorage forces were <br />provided by the owner/manufacturer for use in designing the foundation. Anchorage of the <br />equipment shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, using stainless <br />steel Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ expansion anchors or galvanized threaded rods with Hilti HIT-HY 200 <br />epoxy adhesive. <br />
