Flyers are provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection on line. <br />6. Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards and approved SWPPP/Plan. Remove upon completion of <br />the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />7. No grading or foundation work to take place during the wet season (Nov 1 through March 31) per Geotechnical Report. <br />8. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />9. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. <br />10. It is the applicant/owner's responsibility to ensure that stormwater runoff from new impervious surfaces will be managed on -site <br />in a manner that does not adversely affect neighboring properties, including the City's right-of-way and/or easements and the <br />improvements located therein. <br />11. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Schedule the existing <br />Planning Landscape inspection under "My Active Inspections" in your dashboard on the Online Permitting Portal, <br />12. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.
