• <br /> September 1, 2021 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br /> Deb Williams, Council, stated the City received written comments from the <br /> following individuals regarding the proposed home occupation ordinance: <br /> • Dave Koenig <br /> • Mary Cunningham <br /> • Tom Norcutt <br /> • Andrea Tucker <br /> Jill Smith, Everett, submitted written comments and provided public comment on <br /> • public camping on the block of 26th and Rockefeller, and she requested the <br /> implementation of a "No sit, No lie" zone. <br /> Gail Chism, Everett, provided public comment on the pallet shelter pilot project, <br /> the proposed home occupation ordinance, and Wood Creek concerns. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> President Stonecipher noted that, as requested by Council Member Vogeli <br /> requested, Consent Item No. 5 was moved to the Action agenda. <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Roberts, to <br /> approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION —CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7682 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in <br /> the amount of $1,436,458.52 for the period of August 14, 2021, through <br /> August 20, 2021. <br /> • <br />
