The
following are a short list of comments regarding both permits on the same project site:
1. The description of work on M2010-031 permit application indicates proposed duckwork and other mechanical
components to be installed "per plan" and plans do not appear to be provided with the permit application. (2)
sets would be required to continue review per IBC 107.1. Also, the installation of a new fire damper would
require demonstrating compliance with IBC 717 indicating items such as, but not limited to, fire rating and it's
location within the affected fire-resistive assembly where it is to be installed. IBC 107.2.1.
2. Regarding permit submittal M2010-054, it appears that (1) set of construction documents were provided at the
time of submittal. A minimum of(2) set of construction drawings per IBC 107.1 are required.
Please let me know if you have questions regarding this comments.
Thank you,
9
1 ;,
