. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the allocation of additional <br /> funds to cover unanticipated expenditures for the Park Department, <br /> Golf Course, for the year 1960, as follows : <br /> Salar-,,j and Wages : <br /> Day Labor $1,200.00 <br /> and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, it could not have been anticipated at the <br /> time of the making of the budget for the year 1960 that such <br /> extra help would be necessary, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1: That an emergency is hereby declared to <br /> exist, and the sum of $1,200.00 is hereby allocated from the <br /> Current Expense Fund to cover expenditures hereinafter set forth, <br /> in addition to those provided for in the budget for the year <br /> 1960, to-wit: <br /> Park Department <br /> Golf Course : <br /> Salary and Wages <br /> Day Labor $1,200.00 <br /> SECTION 2: That such sum shall be paid by the issuance <br /> of warrants or emergency warrants drawn by the proper officers of <br /> the City of Everett as provided by law and charged to the Park <br /> Department. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> By <br /> MA OR <br /> Attest: <br /> Cty Clr c <br /> l 1 e <br /> Passed: NOV 29 MO <br /> Published: NOV 3 0 1960 <br />
