No other provision of the Franchise is amended and all Franchise provisions remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> Section 2. After the passage and approval of this Ordinance and within thirty days after such <br /> approval,this Franchise extension shall be accepted by Grantee by filing with the City Clerk an <br /> unconditional, acknowledged written acceptance of all terms and conditions of this extension of <br /> Franchise.
