Ch.8.64 Chaplain Tract C Everett Municipal Code Page 3 of 9 <br /> 'Watershed patrol"means any person designated by the public works director to enforce rules and regrlations <br /> within city-owned Chaplain Tract property.Such persons shall bear identification reflecting the authority under <br /> which they act,which identification shall be shown to any person requesting the same. <br /> 'Wheeled all-terrain vehicles(WATVs)"has the same meaning as the definitions contained in Chapters 46.04 and <br /> 46.09 RCW and is incorporated by reference.(Ord.3778-20§2,2020;Ord.3315-13§3,2013.) <br /> 8.64.040 Area of regulations. <br /> A This chapter regulates human activity within incorporated,city-owned property known collectively as the <br /> Chaplain Tract,which is divided into two separate and distinct areas known as'Chaplain Tract North"and <br /> "Chaplain Tract South"as defined by this section.The regulations of this chapter apply to the entire Chaplain Tract <br /> except where specifically designated. <br /> B. "Chaplain Tract North"means that incorporated,city-owned land which is not open for public use,tt includes <br /> the following locations: <br /> 1. The entire area within the Chaplain Reservoir watershed boundary. <br /> 2. The entire area located north of the electronic gate at the entrance to the city water filtration plant except <br /> pedestrian and bicycle travel alongT-1250 to Lost Lake south of the Chaplain Reservoir watershed boundary. <br /> I The area north of the Diversion Dam on the Sultan River_ <br /> C "Chaplain Tract South"means that incorporated,city-owned property which is open to the public for Cmited <br /> recreational uses including hunting and fishing as licensed by the State Department of Fish and Wildlife and <br /> subject to the regulations of this chapter.It includes the following locations: <br /> 1. The area located south of the electronic gate at the entrance to the city water filtration plant and outside <br /> the Chaplain Reservoir watershed. <br /> 2. The area south of the Diversion Darn on the Sultan River. <br /> 3. Pedestrian and bicycle travel along T-1250 to Lost Lake south of the Chaplain Reservoir watershed <br /> boundary.(Ord.3315-13§4,2013.) <br /> 8.64.050 Trespass in Chaplain Tract. <br /> A Chaplain Tract North—No Public Access.No person shall knowingly enter or remain,unless authorized,on lands <br /> described as Chaplain Tract North or in or upon Chaplain Reservoir and its shoreline. <br /> B.
