California Street Norton Avenue Federal Street 52 ft. 21st Street Norton Avenue Grand Avenue 2 lanes of traffic (2) The city shall widen the existing Norton Avenue overcrossing between 22nd Street and 21st Street to provide a curb-to-curb width of 58 feet with a 4-foot sidewalk. (3) The city shall remove the existing Bay- side Fire Station now situated on the Norton Avenue right-of-way to an adjacent site west of Norton Avenue and if necessary shall acquire land therefor and prepare the site to receive the fire station, such relocation to be complete with all required plumbing and utility con- nections and all other work necessary and incidental thereto. (4) The city shall construct a pedestrian overcrossing over Rucker Avenue at the South Junior High School. (5) As a necessary incident to the improve- ments provided for in this section, the city shall (a) construct, adjust or reconstruct as required surface drainage facilities; (b) construct or reconstruct as required concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks; (c) construct, relocate or reconstruct with necessary appurtenances as required for the permanency of the improvements provided for in this section sewers, side sewers, water mains, and hydrants; (d) grade or regrade as required; (e) construct where re- quired bulkheads, retaining walls and steps; (f) install and/or adjust as necessary street lighting facilities; (g) install where necessary traffic control devices; (h) surface or resurface where necessary existing pavements; (i) do all other work necessary to make a complete improvement. 2.
