This report presents the findings of the subsurface exploration and <br />geotechnical recommendations for the project. This report supersedes our preliminary report issued on <br />February 1, 2019. Our work was completed in general accordance with our Proposal for Geotechnical <br />Services (Proposal No. P18393) dated December 18, 2018 and our Contract Addendum #1 dated January <br />28, 2019. Written authorization to proceed was provided you on December 26, 2018 for work outlined <br />in our December 18th proposal and January 281h for our Addendum #1. We appreciate the opportunity to <br />be of service to you on this project.
