The original address was 3714 Colby Ave. Mr. Messerly converted the structure to three separate townhomes with the new addresses of 3710- 3712-and 3714 Colby Ave. All three of the townhouses have received final inspection approvals. We can issue Certificates of occupancies for the three separate townhouses at the written request of the owners, Terri Jorgenson is the contact person for this. We have no objection to the title cloud being removed, abatement of violations on the property has been completed. Ted's comments from May 1, 2020: Hi Don, The permits that Mr. Messerly has require final inspection approval prior to approved occupancy of the structure. I recommend the title cloud remain in effect until this occurs. The current occupancy status of the structure should be "vacant" until approved for occupancy by our inspectors. THE ORDER - required the property be brought into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code through the permit process. It does not specifically require a cert of occupancy- but if his building requires a COO to be lawful - then lifting the Cloud will have to wait for that.
