This permit for demolition/removal of building structure only and is subject to field inspection. <br />2. All existing connected water services shall be capped at the back side of the meter prior to demolition of the structure. Owner to <br />contact Utilility Billing to shut off water service and stop billing by sending an email to utilbill@everettwa.gov. <br />3. All existing connected side sewers shall first obtain a separate utility permit for a side sewer cap -off and then be capped at the property line <br />prior to demolition of the structure. <br />4. All existing electrical services shall first obtain an ELECTRICAL ONLINE permit, and then disconnect electrical service prior to <br />demolition of the structure. <br />5. All applicable abatement (asbestos, lead paint, rodent, etc.) shall be completed prior to demolitions per state, local, and federal <br />regulations. It is the owner/applicant's responsibility to contact the appropriate authority and comply with these requirements whether <br />or not described herein. <br />6. Erosion and sedimentation control measures per City standards shall be taken prior to and throughout the demolition. <br />7. No site work, clearing, grading, excavating, or earthwork permitted except to restore building pad after demolition. Building pad area <br />shall be graveled or re -vegetated. No exposed soils permitted. <br />8. No dirt/debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />9.
