I've
added some tools to guide you for the building permit needed for the chimney and
added our building reviewers for them to weigh in on what would be needed for the
removal of the chimney.
The submittal would need to be dropped off at 3200 Cedar St, 2nd floor or mailed
in. Building hours are 7:30am —4pm. There is a submittal bin at top of stairs.
The permit application packet needs to be complete as outlined in the Residential
Checklist. I've attached the hyperlink in this email for you. Your submittal would
include a completed and signed permit application (hyperlink below), 2 sets of each:
construction drawings, engineering calculations that may be required and 2 site plans.
RESIDENTIAL CHECKLIST
https://everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/117/Residential-construction-su bm itta I-
checklist-PDF
BUILDING PERMIT APP
https:Heverettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/104
City of Everett Permit Website: https://everettwa.gov/permits
Thank you,
City of Everett Permit Services
425.257.8810, Option 8 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, WA 98201
Phone Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. —12 p.m & 1 p.m. — 3 p.m.
everettwa.gov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
COVID-19 Update: Please reference our website & online resources for updates to our
service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
