The structure is clearly decayed, damaged and dilapidated as defined by IPMC section 108.1.1 "Unsafe Structures" And, has "Unsafe conditions" as outlined by IPMC section 304.1.1 (5.) (8.) 11.) Therefore the structure is in violation of IPMC section 106.1 fully support your efforts to abate the violations present at this property. Permits to Remove, Repair, or Replace the structure are required.
