My name is Holly Hezel. My husband and I own the home on 2118 Kirby pl. Everett.
Last Friday we were made aware of potential code violations, and immediately began to research and attempt to find
the right person to speak to within the city to correct any wrong doing on our part.
Eileen Hinkley was a huge support and guided me to you.
I would love to have a chance to speak with you at your earliest convenience to get a plan together on how I can fix this.
Our home is currently pending sale, the closing date is December 3rd. It is my #1 priority to make this legal, and honest
for all parties involved.
I genuinely didn't know that fixing a roof, siding or putting new windows in was something that required a permit. I was
under the impression that you only needed a permit if you changed the "foot print" of a home. Which we didn't. So it
was based on that misleading information that I didn't ask for a permit. I feel so naive. I'm embarrassed and can't wait to
make this right.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Holly Hezel
425-327-9785
Sent from my iPhone
