STATE OF WASHINGTON JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT <br />DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE FORM 4 <br />NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT (NEPA) <br />The following information is required from each federal grant recipient.
