Funds are available in 2021 Everpark budget. <br />Project summary statement: <br />Proposals were requested to provide a fully integrated parking access and revenue control <br />management system for Everpark Parking Garage which enhances the customer experience. The intent <br />of the process was for the City to choose an automated parking management system that provided the <br />best value to the City. The Request for Proposal was released on April 6, 2021. Five companies <br />submitted responses on May 18, 2021. Staff conducted interviews and demonstrations with the <br />highest scored two companies. OSP US, Inc. dba Orbility was the highest scored proposer after <br />interviews and demonstrations.
