City of Everett <br />Parking Access and Revenue Control System <br />• Automated vehicle identification readers and tags for frequent parkers and account <br />holders. <br />Regarding License Plate Inventory (LPI) and its adaptability to LPR in the future; while not <br />included in our proposal pricing, our Automated Parking Management Solution is ready and able <br />to add both LPI and/or LPR. The LPI functionality can be added at the entry and exit lanes, and <br />even the nested areas, and it can collect vehicle license plate numbers in anticipation of <br />transitioning to a full LPR solution. This implementation of LPI supports vehicle counting and <br />requires LPR cameras in the lanes. If LPI is to be used for vehicle location as a customer service, <br />we recommend a Mobile LPI solution, with either handheld license plate number collection <br />devices or vehicle mounted collection cameras as this option does not require LPR cameras in <br />the lanes. Pricing for different options is available upon request. <br />PARCS Software <br />We are offering the current generation of our PARCS software, Multipark Web. A major version <br />of PARCS software is released every year and may contain new features, corrected defects, <br />updates as required by new standards or regulations, and minor product improvements. <br />Multipark Web integrates with third party systems by use of IP — web -based interface services. <br />Data integration is offered with third party online booking systems (registered parkers, loyalty <br />programs, parking guidance systems) and security systems (building control, financial data to <br />ERP systems). <br />These interfaces are used broadly throughout the customer base and are robust in terms of <br />connectivity and data transmission frequency as well as providing the precise data to exchange. <br />Figure 1 illustrates Multipark system capabilities. <br />Figure 1.
