Michael W. Weaver's melanoma and metastatic brain cancer were not caused or <br />aggravated by his employment with the City of Everett. <br />CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br />1. Based on the record, the Superior Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject <br />matter of these appeals. <br />2. Michael W.
