The base bid amount for the project was <br />$3,847,270.00. The total amount for change orders is $193,743.04. The Final Contract <br />Amount is $4,041,013.04. (not including WSST) <br />The contractor provided a retainage bond in lieu of retainage for this project. The City <br />shall not release the retainage bond until it receives approval from the Department of <br />Revenue and the Department of Labor & Industries to release retainage. <br />Project summary statement: <br />Premier Field Development, Inc. has completed the Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation <br />Project in accordance with the plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the <br />Parks and Facilities Department. <br />Acceptance of the construction of the Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation Project as <br />complete will allow the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion, which will start the <br />60-day retention period to release the retainage bond. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Accept the construction of the Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation Project as complete <br />and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Premier Field <br />Development, Inc. in the amount of $4,041,013.04. <br />
