CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON EVERETT POLICE DEPARTMENT Washington State Department of Commerce Request for Proposal (RFP) RFP No. 19-31440-1 COST PROPOSAL This proposal is to receive grant funds passed to the Department of Commerce by the United States Department of Justice for twelve (12) compressed air less lethal launchers and associated supplies to support patrol operations and the Special Operations Group for a total cost, including tax, of $50,569.00. This proposal does not request any grant funds to apply toward staff costs as all training is planned for personnel to complete on -duty and the Everett Police Department has two officers certified to provide training. The cost breakdown and cost per item in this proposal was determined using a previous purchase made from the vendor.
