This certification is a land use <br />decision that only certifies zoning code nonconformities. It is subject to revocation if it is found that <br />the information upon which it is based is erroneous. <br />Note: A permit for a building addition on the street side of the residence was issued in 1990. <br />The site plan provided for the addition showed a 10' setback but a subsequent survey for the <br />property indicates the addition was constructed at a 2'-11" setback.
