As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of this permit. 8.On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of this permit. 9. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Contact the Planning Department at 425-257-8731 to schedule the inspection. 10.
