All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. Site Civil Work to be done per plans, SWPPP, and drainage report approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department dated <br />6/22/2018. Approved plans must remain on job -site at all times. <br />5. Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 prior to starting construction to set up a pre - <br />construction consultation. All inspections must be formally requested. See the attached handout for phone number and online <br />instructions to Request an Inspection. <br />6. City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense. This work to <br />be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department. Work <br />shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. <br />7. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of this permit. <br />8.On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior <br />to issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to <br />final approval/close out of this permit. <br />9. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Contact the Planning <br />Department at 425-257-8731 to schedule the inspection. <br />10. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.
