I <br /> 6.2 Reporting <br /> 1 6.2.1 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br /> I Cumulative soil disturbance is one (1) acre or larger; therefore, Discharge Monitoring <br /> Reports (DMRs) will be submitted to Ecology monthly. If there was no discharge during a given <br /> monitoring period the DMR will be submitted as required, reporting "No Discharge". Ecology will be notified within 24-hours of the failure to comply by calling the applicable <br /> Regional office ERTS phone number (Regional office numbers listed below). <br /> I <br /> 2. Immediate action will be taken to prevent the discharge/pollution or otherwise stop or <br /> correct the noncompliance. If applicable, sampling and analysis of any noncompliance <br /> will be repeated immediately and the results submitted to Ecology within five (5) days of <br /> Ibecoming aware of the violation. <br /> 3.
