page 5 <br /> <br />12/21/2020 <br />Allow division or redivision into the maximum number of lots through the short <br />subdivision process <br />(k) Allow for the division or redivision of land into the maximum number of lots through the short <br />subdivision process provided in chapter 58.17 RCW; <br />The city has allowed the division of up to nine lots through the short subdivision process since 1998. The <br />process was further streamlined with Rethink Zoning to remove the city’s requirement for public notice <br />for short subdivision applications.
