8. For all Public Service funding approved in this resolution, the Mayor is authorized to <br /> execute the contracts and necessary documents to implement the approved <br /> projects. <br /> 9. To support the administration of the additional Community Development Block <br /> Grant COVID-19 funds, the City will use allowed administration funding from the <br /> annual grant will be set aside. <br /> 10.
