• <br /> September 15, 2021 <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Vogeli reported on her attendance at the Westmont-Holly <br /> Neighborhood meeting. She also thanked the Mayor for her proclamation <br /> regarding Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. <br /> Council Member Moore provided a reminder that school started on September 8 <br /> and asked the public to please be patient with traffic and yield to school busses. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report from the Everett Public <br /> Facilities District regarding the Foreigner concert at the Angel of the Winds Arena <br /> that occurred last night. • <br /> Council Member Roberts provided a liaison report from the Riverside <br /> Neighborhood meeting. He also reported on his liaison meeting with the Planning <br /> and Community Development department. Council Member Roberts asked the <br /> Planning and Legal departments to bring forward amendments to the proposed <br /> Home Occupation Regulations ordinance. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> Nick Harper provided an update regarding the City's intent to apply for two grants <br /> from the Department of Commerce related to the Housing Action Plan. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Deputy City Attorney Tim Benedict had no comments. <br /> • <br /> 2 <br />
