October 6, 2021 <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin stated that there is currently a downward shift in COVID-19 case <br /> numbers; however,the hospitals are still full. She encouraged citizens to maintain <br /> good safety measures and get their COVID and flu vaccines. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated she attended the Ester's Place open house on <br /> Tuesday.
