The City of Everett has not contracted with the state of Washington during the past 24 months. 2. The City of Everett Police Department has one employee who was previously employed with the state of Washington in the past twenty-four months. Current Everett Police Officer Brian Bratlien was employed with the Washington State Patrol as a Police Officer until November 2020, at which time he was hired by the Everett Police Department as a Lateral/Experienced Officer on November 9, 2020. 3. The City of Everett has not had any contracts terminated for default in the last five years.
