The City of Everett has not contracted with the state of Washington during the past 24 months. <br /> 2. The City of Everett Police Department has one employee who was previously employed with the <br /> state of Washington in the past twenty-four months. Current Everett Police Officer Brian <br /> Bratlien was employed with the Washington State Patrol as a Police Officer until November <br /> 2020, at which time he was hired by the Everett Police Department as a Lateral/Experienced <br /> Officer on November 9, 2020. <br /> 3. The City of Everett has not had any contracts terminated for default in the last five years. <br />
