ATTACHMENT F <br /> ONLINE CIVIL RIGHTS TRAINING <br /> (All Applicants) <br /> The Office for Civil Rights, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice offers an online training to <br /> recipients of Office on Violence Against Women funding to assist them in meeting their federal civil rights <br /> obligations.The online training, which consists of six segments and self-tests, provides an overview of applicable <br /> nondiscrimination laws and the general civil rights obligations that are tied to grants awarded by the Justice <br /> Department.The training needs to be completed every other year.Our records indicate it is time for STOP Formula <br /> Grant recipients to retake the training. <br /> Applicants and other recipients receiving these funds in the renewal application must complete the Office of <br /> Justice Programs, Office for Civil Rights—Training for Grantees located at: http://ojp.gov/about/ocr/ocr-training- <br /> videos/video-ocr-training.htm. <br /> There are six modules to the online training;one is optional (see below).You do not need to complete all modules <br /> at one time; however,the online training must be finished prior to submitting your application to OCVA.
