The original contract has a not to exceed amount of $110,000. Funds will come from the Cultural Arts 1% for the Arts Transit Fund 112 5210201410. No additional funding is needed. Project summary statement: The City of Everett's Cultural Arts Commission approved the use of the 1% for arts fund to complete 22 bike racks and four sculptural pieces on Broadway. The four sculptures will be at 14th 18th 25th and 26th and the 22 bike racks will be dispersed between 11th and 35th. Project is expected to be completed before the end of 2022. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement Amendment with Brian Borrello to add time for completion for the design, fabrication, and installation of 22 bike racks and four sculptural pieces.
