av <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3773 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, <br /> City Code of Everett, Chapter 15.04, entitled: <br /> An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br /> location and use of buildings and land within <br /> the City of Everett; limiting the height of <br /> buildings; prescribing building lines and size <br /> of yard and other open spaces; providing for <br /> the division of the City into use zones; <br /> creating a board of adjustment; and providing <br /> for penalties for violation of the ordinance. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett has <br /> determined that the changes hereinafter set forth are for the <br /> best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with the <br /> comprehensive plan of land use for said City, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for <br /> the best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with the <br /> comprehensive plan of land use for the City. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, <br /> also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as estab- <br /> lished by Section 4, of Ordinance No. 3572, City of Everett Code, <br /> Chapter 15.04 as above outlined, is hereby amended as follows : <br /> The parcel and tract of land hereinafter described <br /> be rezoned from Residential 2 to Commercial 1. <br /> Begin at SW corner Sec . 29, T 29, R 5 EWM, th N <br /> 600 ft. , th E 733 ft. , to E side of alley between <br /> Lombard and Oakes Avenues prod. in line of present <br /> direction; th Sly along said E line of alley for <br /> 600 ft. , m/l, to S line of said Sec . 29-29-5, th <br /> W 764 ft. , m/1, to point of beginning less .02 <br /> acres to Everett Improvement Company for right of <br /> way, and less tract deeded to City of Everett for <br /> right of way. <br /> Section 3: That the official zoning map shall, upon <br /> the passage of this ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk as <br /> hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be used <br /> in accordance with the zone in which the same is now established, <br /> all as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, <br /> City of Everett Code, Chapter 15.04.gç <br /> / ' <br /> MAYOR <br /> Attest : <br /> /. <br /> -'" City e k <br /> Passed: Aug. 2, 1960 <br /> Published : " 3, 1960 <br />
