ORDINANCE NO. i)' t <br /> AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN AREAS ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT; SUPPLEMENTING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 4, ORDINANCE NO. 3572 OF <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT (ALSO KNOWN AS EVERETT CITY CODE, TITLE <br /> 15.04.040) ENTITLED: <br /> An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br /> location and use of buildings and land within <br /> the City of Everett; limiting the heighth of <br /> buildings; prescribing building lines and size <br /> of yard and other open spaces; providing for <br /> the division of the City into use zones; <br /> creating a Board of Adjustment; and providing <br /> for penalties for violation of the ordinance. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the <br /> City of Everett, has determined that the zoning of the area <br /> annexed to the City and hereinafter described should be made <br /> and is in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use <br /> for the City of Everett, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1 : That the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett does hereby declare the property hereinafter described <br /> to be zoned for use as hereinafter described, and that the <br /> accompanying map of said property is hereby adopted as a part <br /> of and a supplement to the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> and that the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, also designated <br /> as Use Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4, <br /> Ordinance No. 3572, as above outlined, is hereby supplemented <br /> in accordance herewith: <br />
