Electronic messaging signs are subject to the development standards of EMC 19.36.050.C. For schools in <br /> residential zones,this includes the provisions of EMC19.36.050.C.8 and are subject to a Review Process II. Please <br /> review EMC 19.36 and revise your proposal accordingly to demonstrate compliance with all applicable <br /> provisions and/or submit a Review Process II application including a narrative statement addressing the criteria <br /> from EMC 19.36.050.C.8,to proceed.
