The purpose of this opinion letter is to determine the suitability of the
existing antenna mounts with the existing and proposed antenna and equipment as specified in Table 1 in next
page based on the AT&T RF Data Sheet, RFDS Name: STTLWA6064, dated 8/29/2019.
The purpose of this opinion letter is to determine the suitability of the existing building to support the proposed
and existing telecommunication equipment as specified on the next page. This opinion is consistent with the
guidelines as stated in with the 2015 IBC based upon an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 110 mph. Exposure
Category D with a maximum topographic factor, Kit, of 1.0 and Risk Category II were used.
The proposed additional load to the building structure does not increase the nominal gravity load and the lateral
force by more than 5 percent and 10 percent, respectively. Therefore, in accordance with Sections 807,4 and
807.5 Exceptions of the 2015 IEBC, a full analysis of the building structure is not required.
Based on a comparison of the previous' analysis loads (including wind speeds), the current loads and the
proposed loads, we have determined that the building structure and foundation ARE sufficient for the proposed
loading.
We at Morrison Hershfield appreciate the opportunity of providing our continuing professional services to you and
General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. If you have any questions or need further assistance on this or
any other projects, please give us a call.
rep
Respectfully submitted by: + • <
Morrison Hershfield '
Ili:V
gb Shawn W.
