The subject property <br /> and associated infrastructure are owned by the City of Everett, the existing communication facility <br /> accommodates several City of Everett and Snohomish County entities. <br /> Address: Tulalip Avenue, Everett, WA 98201 (No address number associated with location) <br /> Parcel Number: 29053000300800 <br /> RCA Telecom is currently in lease negotiations with the City of Everett,Ms. Darcie Byrd(Assistant <br /> Property Manager)is negotiating the terms of the lease for the Facilities Management team. To date, <br /> the Lease has not been finalized with RCA Telecom and will not be included in the submittal <br /> package.If the permit is approved RCA Telecom is under contract to provide the three yagi antennas, <br /> the two radio cabinets and to install the infrastructure.NWTE will be submitting photo-simulations, <br /> engineered drawings and structural calculations to the City of Everett in support of the infrastructure <br /> installation. <br /> The project will consist of the addition of three Yagi antennas at 84'-0",100'-0"and 165'-0"on the <br /> guyed tower. The project will also entail the installation of two radio cabinets in an equipment room <br /> within the equipment shelter.The proposed project will utilize the shelter's existing electrical service <br /> from a sub-panel in the equipment room.
