Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> 1.According to the engineering letter/evaluation,the addition of the new <br /> mechanical units does not require beam strengthening given its proposed <br /> location. The beam shown on the calculation package doesn't match a glulam <br /> size shown on the existing drawing set,the drawings call out a 7 31 x 32,while <br /> the existing drawings callout glulam beams ranging from 6%x{18 to 30}Please <br /> clarify beam sizes and provide calculations justifying the applied load <br /> configuration. IBC 1604.1. <br /> 2. Please provide a stamped drawing set that is separate from the calculation <br /> package. IBC 107.2.1 <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested.
