3. The kitchen hoods may use the new interior 4" x 8" cross beam support <br /> framing. <br /> 4. The direct support under the new roof-mounted units by the trusses will <br /> be by support below the roof sheathing. Provided is a shop drawing <br /> showing the framing and blocking of the trusses necessary to provide a <br /> unified support of unit weight by both top and bottom truss chords. Two <br /> such reinforcements sets are required for each unit, one at the front of the <br /> unit and one at the rear of the unit. <br /> 5.
