(as defined in Chapter 6 of the 2018 International Building <br /> Code) <br /> Type V-B <br /> • What is the valuation of the repair to the building envelope? (Complete the attached RCW64.55 form) <br /> I completed the calculation on the RCW64.55 form using our total project valuation,of that amount <br /> approximately$8,000 is allocated towards the envelope (roofing and decking). <br /> Please detail what is included in the abatement of the interior finishes. Please list the areas in the apartment such as the <br /> kitchen. Livingroom, entire apartment etc. <br /> All finishes throughout that entire unit were removed during abatement including: GWB, insulation,cabinetry,floor <br /> coverings, appliances, plumbing& lighting fixtures and interior doors. <br /> Please list if you are doing any wall framing, replacing 4'of top plate on an interior, non-bearing wall due to charring. <br /> replacing insultation,replacing all exterior wall insulation with 4" batts(2x4 construction) <br /> replacing all or portions of the GWB, replacing all 5/8" GWB in that entire unit <br /> plumbing, replacing plumbing fixtures only, including: 1 sink, 1 faucet, 1 toilet, 1 shower in the bathroom and 1 faucet <br /> in the kitchen <br /> mechanical, none <br /> electrical work etc. replaced the circuits burned by the fire and awaiting inspection once permit is ready <br /> Additionally we will be replacing the floor coverings, cabinetry&appliances. <br /> • <br /> Also, Please indicate on the attached overhead view of the buildings which building the damage occurred and where on <br /> the roof did the damage occur. <br /> Attached <br /> 1 <br /> Is <br />
