�< <br />�..� <br />�"� Ev En <br />��::�; <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br />SUBJGCT: <br />P L A N N I N <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Department of Code Enfo�cement <br />Micl�ael Palacios �,�� <br />Ja.nuary 24, 2001 <br />Illegal sign at 9601 Gvergreen Way <br />C� <br />An application for a sign pennit �vas submitted to the Building Department on December 20, 2000, to erect a <br />ne��� fi•eestanding sign for "Ciub Fijr " al 9G01 �vergreen Way. <br />On January 3, 2001, the City mailed a letter to the properly owner, tenant and sign contractor infonning them <br />that the proposed sign does not meet zoning code requirements and cotild no[ Ue approved as proposed. <br />The sign contractor (Steve Mans6eld) came to the Building Deparhnent on January 12'�' and stated that his <br />attorneys would be appealing the denial of the sign pcnniL He was given an appeal pachet and the deadline for <br />filing the appeal. <br />The appeal period for the denial of lhe sign perniit ended on January 18'�' �vith no appcal being filed. <br />It was rumored that tlte sign �vas erected anyhow.
