In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit, please submit the following: <br /> toOk,C 1. On the site plan, please call out the nearest setback of the proposed structure from the south property line. It <br /> appears to be approximately 12-feet(measured from the corner at an angle). <br /> 1)01X 2. Please provide height calculations per our residential construction checklist. Please see page 5 of the attached <br /> document for instructions. <br /> 3. The aerial image shows a structure adjacent to the west(rear) property line. After looking at aerial images, it <br /> appears to have been constructed after 2011. Is this a shed? If the structure 15-feet tall or less,the required <br /> setbacks are 5-feet from the west and 5-feet from the south property lines. Please either remove or relocate <br /> the structure to comply with setbacks and show on the site plan. <br /> 4. Please provide an elevation drawing of the covered patio and provide the height of the structure(measured <br /> from the average base elevation to the ridge). Please see the attached residential construction checklist for <br /> instructions on how to show this. <br /> Note: if this has already been constructed and you have photos,you may submit those instead of elevation <br /> drawings.
