' v ' t • 4110 IRC R113.1 Unlawful Acts It shall be unlawful for any person,firm or corporation to erect, construct, alter, extend, repair, move, remove, demolish or occupy any building,structure or equipment regulated by this code, or cause same to be done, in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of this code. IPMC 106.1 Unlawful Acts It shall be unlawful for a person,firm or corporation to be in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of this code. IPMC 108.1.4 Unlawful Structures An unlawful structure is one found in whole or in part to be occupied by more persons than permitted under this code,or was erected, altered or occupied contrary to law. To resolve these property violations the following corrective actions are required: 1. Apply and obtain the City of Everett Public Works Department/Building Depa ment permits which are required to bring the property structure into compliance fo the unpermitted alterations to the property structure with the Everett Municipal ode, International Residential Code and International Property Maintenance Code. 2. Complete the work required by the City of Everett Public Works Department ermits and City of Everett Building Department permits to have the property structu into compliance for the unpermitted installation alteration to be inspected, appro ed and finaled by staff from the City of Everett, Building Division. Corrective action must be completed before November 2,2020. Failure to comply with the conditions listed in this notice may result in a hearing before the Ci s Hearing Examiner and a fine and/or costs being assessed against you.
