Please note <br />the following existing conditions and proposed improvements: <br />• Upgrades to existing accessible parking spaces to comply with the code's <br />dimensional and curb ramp requirements, including the conversion of two non- <br />compliant accessible spaces into one van accessible space. <br />• ADA compliant accessible routes from said parking spaces to areas of primary <br />function are already available and shown on the plans. <br />• Building A's areas of primary function are fully accessible, with compliant <br />hallways, door widths & clearances, and no stairs, ramps, or changes in <br />elevation existing within Building A. <br />• A fully ADA compliant accessible family bathroom is being added. <br />• Two drinking fountains, one of which is ADA-compliant, are being added. <br />No further alterations or additions are required for the project to fully comply with <br />IEBC 705.2. <br />Sincerely, <br />Markus Barrera-Kolb <br />Project Manager <br />Direct phone — 206.787.1381 <br />
