Provide updated General Residential Notes sheet. All code references shall reflect the current <br />adopted codes. <br />2. Show all handrails and guardrails on plans and Elevation Drawings. Drawings shall reflect the <br />intent and clearly define the design proposed. <br />3. Provide ledger detail for deck attachment. Show connectors staggered top and bottom and show <br />minimum edge distance per figure R507.2.1(1). <br />4. Provide lateral connection at all decks per section R507 I RC. Provide detail of lateral connection <br />and show location of connector on floor plan, See Figure R507.2.3(1) and R507.2.3(2) IRC <br />S. Provide section and/or details for exterior stair and deck construction, including guard <br />attachment and handrail size and placement. <br />6. All footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than 18" below the finished grade, including <br />those footings supporting decks and porches. <br />7. All headers shall be insulated with minimum R-10 rigid insulation per Table R402.1.1 WSEC, <br />Show on plans. <br />8. The Washington State Energy Code option #4 requires "To qualify to claim this credit, the building <br />permit drawings shall specify the option being selected and shall specify the heating equipment <br />type and shall show the location of the heating and cooling equipment and all the ductwork." <br />Show the location of all ductwork on the plans. <br />9. A minimum of 75% of lamps in permanently installed lighting fixtures shall be HIGH -EFFICACY <br />lamps. <br />10. The slab -on -grade in the garage shall slope to the main vehicle entry doorway. <br />11. Provide minimum 36-inch landing not more than 7-3/4 inches below the finished floor at all <br />entrance/exits. Show on plans. <br />12. Provide minimum 36-inch landing t the top and bottom of all stairs. Show on plans. <br />13. Provide minimum 100 CFM exhaust fan in the Kitchen. Please show size and location on floor <br />plans. <br />14. Show water heater equipment type, minimum equipment efficiency and location on plans. <br />
