This survey purpose is to identify asbestos <br />containing materials, prior to a complete tear down. <br />NARRATIVE OF FINDINGS <br />BASIC CONSTRUCTION: The structure is a two-story, wood framed duplex structure. The <br />siding is wood. The siding vapor barrier materials were sampled. The roofing is composition. The <br />composition roofing, mastics, and roofing vapor barrier materials were sampled. <br />INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION, FINISHES, AND FLOORINGS: The interior is wood. <br />The tile and vinyl flooringwith,the associated backing and mastic materials were sampled. The <br />misc. mastic materials were also sampled.
