Storm drain inlets shall be protected to prevent sediment -laden water entering the <br />storm drain system (see BMP C220: Storm Drain Inlet Protection (p.357)). <br />Maintenance Standards <br />Inspect stabilized areas regularly, especially after large storm events. <br />Crushed rock, gravel base, etc., shall be added as required to maintain a stable driving <br />surface and to stabilize any areas that have eroded. <br />Following construction, these areas shall be restored to pre -construction condition or bet- <br />ter to prevent future erosion. <br />Perform street cleaning at the end of each day or more often if necessary. <br />2014 Stormwater Management Manual for Westem Washington <br />Volume 11 - Chapter 4 - Page 278 <br />
