Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards as needed or instructed by the PW Inspector. Remove upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. 7. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 8. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. 9. A video of the sewer inspection shall be turned in to the Public Works Inspector and reviewed and approved by the inspector prior to permit final. If the video shows that the repair is unsatisfactory, sewer main replacement in kind shall be required and is permitted to be performed under this permit to get the sewer main back in working order and to City of Everett approved standards and conditions. Inspections are required for any sewer main or structure replacement. 10. Pavement restoration is required to City Standards if any damage or cuts occur to the existing improvements during construction under this permit. 10. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.
