See Tbl's 702.2(1) and 703.1 in <br />the UPC. A 2" trap can hande 4 fixture <br />units and two washers equals 6 fixture <br />units. You would overwhelm the stand <br />pipe. <br />2) The method that the hose bib is installed <br />would not allow you to change it out with <br />out cutting into the drywall. If you tried to <br />un screw the hose bib from the outside you <br />stand the chance of twisting and breaking <br />the pipe inside of the wall as well as not <br />being able to screw a new one back in. <br />3) The toilet vent is undersized and you <br />cannot reduce the size of a vent from 2" to <br />1 1/2" . <br />INSPI2 C WYST <br />
