Fence posts shall be at least 2ft away from any underground utility. Water meters shall remain outside of fenced areas to be kept clear and accessible for maintenance and monthly meter reading. 7. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all required inspections. A handout is provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. 8. This fence constructed within the public right -of -way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City ever requires use of the right-of-way for municipal purposes. 9. The owner/applicant is responsible for establishing the center of the alley way. 10. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit.
