GeoTest's services took place on <br />5-26-20 and 5-29-20. Our testing and inspections included the following scope of work: <br />TEST/INSPECTION ITEM REFERENCE <br />• Ground Anchors/Restraints Inspection Reports IR001 & IR002 <br />All work requiring special inspection for the project to date has been completed. To the best of <br />our knowledge the inspected work is in conformance with the approved project plans and <br />specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Code. <br />This is GeoTest's final special inspection and testing submittal for the New Portable Buildings - <br />Explorer Middle School project.
